The GuardianX 24 question interview document was devised by former Australian Law Enforcement Officers, in close collaboration with renowned Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr Michael Diamond, is risk based and designed to proactively assess applicants for capability, honesty, empathy, accountability, and potential risks, including predatory behavior. 

The system includes an optional statutory declaration, education on behavioral awareness, promotion of a fair reporting culture and an anonymous suspicious behavior reporting facility

An option to promote transparency, every applicant is invited to make a statutory declaration on involvement or association regarding child related criminal offences. This  step promotes trust and ethical behaviour right from the start.
