Terms And Conditions

This Indemnity Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Cyber Street Safe (hereinafter referred to as “CSS”) and the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”). 

  1. Information Ownership: The Client acknowledges and agrees that all information obtained from the Cyber Street Safe website or through any communication with members of the Cyber Street Safe team is the exclusive property of Cyber Street Safe. This includes, but is not limited to, any data, reports, analysis, recommendations, or other materials provided by CSS. 
  2. Intellectual Property: The Client acknowledges that all intellectual property, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights related to Cyber Street Safe, its website, and its services, are protected under the relevant Acts and international intellectual property laws. The Client agrees not to infringe upon or challenge CSS’s intellectual property rights in any manner. 
  3. Usage Rights: CSS grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the information obtained from the Cyber Street Safe website or through communication with CSS team members. The Client may use this information solely for their own internal purposes and not for any commercial or public distribution without the prior written consent of CSS. 
  4. Confidentiality: The Client agrees to treat all information obtained from CSS, including but not limited to trade secrets, as confidential and proprietary. The Client shall not disclose, distribute, or reproduce any such information without the prior written consent of CSS, except as required by law. 
  5. Disclaimer of Liability: CSS makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided. The Client assumes all risks associated with the use of the information obtained from CSS. 
  6. Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold CSS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to the Client’s use of the information obtained from CSS. 
  7. Termination: CSS reserves the right to terminate the Client’s access to the Cyber Street Safe website or communication with CSS team members at any time without prior notice if the Client violates any provision of this Agreement. 
  8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CSS is located. 
  9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between CSS and the Client concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings. 

By accepting and using the information obtained from the Cyber Street Safe website or through communication with CSS team members, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Indemnity Agreement.
