Introduction

GuardianX is a cutting-edge employee applicant integrity screening system designed to help organisations make informed decisions when hiring new personnel, contractors and volunteers for roles interacting with children or vulnerable people aiming to uplift safeguarding children and vulnerable individuals within your organization’s duty of care environment.

The program includes an applicant interview guide designed to proactively assess applicants for capability, honesty, empathy, accountability, and potential risks, including predatory behaviour in close collaboration with renowned Forensic Psychiatrist, Dr Michael Diamond, an optional statutory declaration on child offending and related criminal association, a simple traffic light assessment system, education on behavioural awareness, and employing a culture of transparency and fair reporting if needed through a structured internal system on our anonymous facility.
